Operations began on October 2015 dealing with all kind of radiators but the company was registered on 2019 ; starting it operations immediately. HRD Radiator Company was registered to cover various line of business related to Radiator selling and Radiator solutions. HRD Radiator Company is a proprietary business of Hafidhi Mkongwa and Rose Ndauka.

The idea of establishing this company was to have a larger scale business which would help to minimize the problem of Radiators related problems and at the same time manufacturing new Radiators of all kinds. What prompted them to introduce this business is due to lack of specialist who deal with radiator in East and Central Africa, and most of Radiators problems are solved abroad, and because Tanzania and East Africa growth in automobile and machine uses and most of them need Radiator on its operation then was a big opportunity to be a problem solver on all radiator problems and manufacturing new ones for easy accessibility. The proprietor of HRD Radiators Company are monitoring the entire operations of the company abroad and doing major decisions on its operations..
